An appointment for closing will be scheduled as soon as the bank has underwriting approval and the attorney has issued the commitment for title insurance. At this time you as a buyer need to have your home owners insurance commitment delivered to the bank and closing company.
On the day of closing, you and your Realtor will schedule and complete the final walk-thru of the home. Once this is complete, you will close on the home at the closing office. Once the closing is complete, the closing company will file all necessary documentations at the county court house.
